Fourteen days, no argument, no interrogation.

The policy
If VoxBrain is not for you, ask for a refund within fourteen days of purchase and you get your money back in full. You do not have to justify it, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Write from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five working days.
What happens to the licence
It is deactivated on refund. Please uninstall the software. Records you already made are yours to keep and release — the refund does not claw that back.
If something is broken
Tell us before asking for a refund if you are willing. Most "it does not work" reports are a bug we can fix quickly, and we would rather fix it than lose you. The fourteen days pause while we are working on your problem.
