Privacy
The short version: we collect the minimum, and the plugin works without an account.
Last updated 2026. Written in plain language on purpose. A solid starting point, not a substitute for advice from a lawyer in your jurisdiction — have it reviewed before you trade at volume.
What the plugin sends
Nothing, by default. VoxBrain analyses audio on your machine, and its built-in assistant answers from knowledge shipped inside the binary. No audio ever leaves your computer.
Two things reach the network, both optional and both visible to you: an update check that asks whether a newer version exists, and — only if you connect your own API key — the questions you type to a cloud assistant. Your key is stored on your machine, never in a project or a preset you share.
What the website collects
Your cart lives in your own browser. When you begin checkout, the product IDs and quantities are sent to us so we can create and support the order.
If you email us or use the contact form, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
If you buy, our payment provider handles your payment details. We never see or store your card number. We receive your email address, what you bought, and enough of a record to support you.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Local storage is used for your cart only.
Keeping and deleting it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Support emails are kept while they are useful and deleted after that.
Ask to see or delete what we hold and we will, within thirty days. Your licence is tied to your email address, so deleting everything ends the licence — we will say so before acting.
